Appointment Cancellations
Dentist of Lake Mary asks that patients who are unable to keep an appointment, make every to contact our office 24 hours ahead of time so we can try to offer the time slot to another patient. We reserve the right to charge patients a fee if they don't notify our office and fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment.
